PIZZA CLASSES
Pazzo for Apizza (Weekly): Who doesn't love apizza? This three hour course teaches all the necessary skills to go from raw ingredients to a delicious New Haven style pie, all while having fun with our chefs and your friends! Enjoy a Prosecco reception and short orientation before moving on to hands-on cooking. Make your dough, stretch it, add sauce & toppings, and get it in our wood-fire pizza oven to watch it cook in 90 seconds!
