Matt started working in a pizzeria at the age of 12 and has been honing his cooking skills ever since. Matt’s extensive experience has given him an appreciation and vast knowledge of wood fired cooking.

Filomena was not born with a "silver" spoon in her mouth but rather a wooden spoon in her hand. Immersed in Italy’s vast culinary history, Mena began to cook at a very young age. After mastering Italian recipes, Mena’s culinary repertoire continues to expand to a variety of ethnic dishes. After 26 years of teaching, Mina has been overjoyed to turn her love of cooking into a new vocation.
